Volunteer Spotlight - Tony
Tony, has returned a fourth time to help at VT Albania. He is with us until November 5th. In addition to coordinating opening gym classes, he is also teaching a course on Mondays in hospitality. He brings his experience from working in more than twenty dining establishments, including a Michelin-star restaurant, to teach us the finer points of serving guests. We are learning about how to give greetings, take orders, serve and clear plates, and conduct ourselves in this context.
